Savoy Orchard Days Celebration Issues Call for Vendors

Savoy - The Village of Savoy has announced plans to hold an inaugural festival in Savoy, IL - Savoy Orchard Days - during the weekend of October 21-22, 2006.  This inaugural festival coincides with the 50th anniversary of the formation of the village of Savoy.

Festival organizers are now seeking vendors for the 2006 Orchard Days Festival. Participating vendors will be set up throughout the grounds during the weekend. Click this link to download a copy of the Orchard Days Vendor Rules and Terms of Agreement (requires Microsoft Word). Festival organizers are looking for arts and craft vendors as well as food and merchandise vendors for the event. Booths for informational purposes (including nonprofit organizations) are also available.

Deadlines
The 50th Anniversary Celebration, Orchard Days, is scheduled for Saturday, October 21st, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and Sunday, October 21st, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The vendor application deadline is September 9, 2006.  All application materials and vendor space payments MUST be received by this date or a late fee will be applied.  Applications will not be accepted after October 13, 2006.
