Peer Coaching Program Offered for Arts Administrators

The National Alliance of Media Arts and Culture is now offering a Peer Coaching program for artists and arts administrators. Peer Coaching TeleCircles is a six-month professional development program for NAMAC members that provides a confidential environment for continuous learning, peer support, leadership development and action. Peer coaching is a popular and powerful method for getting much needed support. NAMAC currently offer TeleCircles for arts organization directors and also for emerging leaders.
TeleCircles consist of three to four members who meet on a 2-hour conference call twice per month. Faciliated by a certified professional coach, Circle members set goals, share insights and materials, support and coach each other, and develop and implement action plans.
