Krannert Center Collecting Used Musical Instruments

Urbana - In partnership with the Junior League of Champaign-Urbana's "Save the Music/Music for All" program, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts is now collecting used musical instruments that will go to deserving area students. Members of the public are encouraged to bring their used instruments to the Tons 'O' Fun Band Traffic Jam on February 17, and Junior League representatives will make sure that these instruments are refurbished and then find new homes. You can stay to enjoy the Tons 'O' Fun Band, performing from 5-7pm at Stage 5 in Krannert Center's lobby.
