OPENSOURCE Art is taking to the streets! Make yourself and your bike into moving artwork and travel through Champaign-Urbana in style during Boneyard Arts Festival, Fri, from 6pm. OPENSOURCE wants to mix art, bikes and parades to create an awesome art spectacle in Champaign-Urbana. Paint your body, put streamers on your bike, make a float, construct a moving sculpture, pump up some music, whatever. All are welcome, the more the merrier! Artists, activists, poets, writers, etc. are encouraged to bring distributable work to pass out to the Boneyard crowd.

7th Annual Theater in the Streets Festival
The Prompting Theater, a company comprised of adults actors with developmental disabilities, presents its 7th Annual Theater in the Streets Festival, featuring a Prompting Theater Performance of Shakespeare's Tempest, as well as other area theater companies, venues, and actors. The Prompting Theatre troupe has been performing for nearly 13 years and have presented nearly 90 productions. Sat, 9am-10pm.

Take a stroll down musical memory lane with this self-guided tour of the new Joseph W. Royer Arts & Architecture District in Urbana. Saturday, April 19th from 1-4pm (with maps for the tour available at the Bennett Building throughout the Festival). An introductory talk about the Joseph W. Royer Arts and Architecture District and Urbana's 175th Birthday will take place Sat, 1-1:30pm, at the Bennett Building.

Urbana Middle School students, staff and administrators bring collaboration, communication, and community to the Boneyard Arts Festival! Over 20 larger than life student-created figures will be on display in various Urbana Boneyard Venues. Visit the Bennett Building to start off on a voyage through the Urbana Boneyard, searching for the results of an art project involving over a third of the student body at Urbana Middle School!
