NOMINATION CRITERIA

Submission Deadline: nominations must be submitted electronically, postmarked or faxed no later than Tuesday, September 30, 2008.

Nominees are not limited to, but may include: artists, students, faculty, non-profit administrative staff, business owners and employees, elected and appointed officials and other individuals and organizations actively supporting our creative community. You may nominate multiple candidates, however you may nominate a given candidate in one ACE Award category only. Self nominations accepted. Must be 18 years or older and a resident of Champaign County to be eligible to win an ACE Award. 

IMPORTANT: Please fill out the following to the best of your ability. Your nomination helps the ACE Awards judging panel reach its decisions. Please be as specific as possible when describing your nominee's achievements. The more complete the information you provide, the better.
